もうすぐ夏休み。。。
子供が夏休みって、親はいつもより忙しくないですか💦
そこで我が家は、夏休みに子供に気持ちよくお手伝いをしてもらって、そしてそこに報酬を乗せて。。。。。。。。。。。
大人も子供もwin-winな方法で乗り切っています(笑)
賛否両論あるとことだとは思いますが。。。。
最近、我が家の中高生の子供達は「バイト」をすることに憧れています😅
なので、表を作成するときのタイトルには「バイト」という文字を使ってみました🤩
こんな感じです👇
「ミッション」の中に「起床」が入っているのは、なんせ休日起こすまでずっと寝ているので、それなりに起きてもらうための、いわゆる”にんじん”🥕
昨年はこのバイトで2人とも気持ちよくお手伝いをしてくれて、特に娘は夏休みに荒稼ぎ大成功を果たしていた💰
昨年は夏休みこれで大分忙しいストレス緩和されたから、今年も是非とも頑張ってもらいた～い🤞

Summer Break Is Just Around the Corner…
When kids are on summer break, don’t parents seem busier than ever💦
In our house, we’ve come up with a system: we encourage our kids to help out willingly—and offer a little reward in return.
It’s our win-win strategy for surviving summer together 😄
I know opinions may vary, but…
Lately, our teens have become fascinated with the idea of “part-time jobs.” 😅
So when I made our chore chart this year, I couldn’t resist adding the word “part-time job” to the title 🤩
Here’s what it looks like 👇
One of the “missions” is simply getting up in the morning—because on days off, they sleep forever unless you wake them up. So we added that as a kind of reward-based “carrot” 🥕 to get them moving🤣
Last year, both of them happily took on their household “jobs,” and my daughter even hit the jackpot with her summer earnings 💰
Thanks to this system, our stress levels dropped a lot during the busy summer season😍
So yes—we’re hoping they’ll dive in again this year🤞
