はじめまして

現在、高校2年生の息子と中学3年生の娘、そしてミニチュアダックス♂とカニンヘンダックス♀の2匹と夫と暮らしています。
薬剤師として働きながら、子どもたちの育児と中学受験を一時ワンオペで乗り越えてきました。

夫は息子が小学校3年生から6年生まで単身赴任。
その間、仕事・育児・受験対策をすべて一人でこなす日々でした。
塾への送り迎え、宿題の丸付け、面談、模試の結果に一喜一憂…
受験生2人との生活は、まるで時間との戦いでした。

今は受験がひと段落し、それぞれが思春期を迎えました。
だけど、育児は今もなお進行中。
受験を終えたからこそ見えてきたことや、今の暮らしの中で気づくことを
このブログに綴っていきたいと思います。

Hello,and welcome.

I’m a pharmacist, a mother to a high school sophomore son and a daughter in her third year of junior high, and we live together with my husband and our two dachshunds—a miniature male and a kaninchen female.

During my children’s junior high entrance exams, I was managing everything on my own while working.
My husband was away on a solo assignment when our son was in grades 3 through 6, which meant I handled work, parenting, and exam prep all by myself.
From driving to cram school and checking homework to attending parent-teacher conferences and reacting to every mock test result—it felt like I was constantly racing against time.

Now that the entrance exams are behind us and both kids are navigating adolescence, parenting continues in new ways every day.
This blog is a space for me to reflect on those intense exam years and share the moments and lessons I’m discovering in our current life.

I’ll be writing about:

• Tips and missteps from balancing parenting and work
